Welcome to Needle Bandit, I am based in the UK. All of the items are designed by myself, and 100% made from scratch with care and love.
How to care for my items?
Due to the fact i use hardware, rhinestones, and special, foiled, delicate fabrics, please hand wash in warm (not hot) water / wipe clean only to ensure longitevity of Your items.
Please hang to dry, items CAN'T be put in tumble dryer due to the nature of my designs.
Do you remake items?
Only multisize items are replicated.
If the item is listed as 'one of a kind' design, i will not replicate it. I can however make it 'inspired by' the design i made before, dont hesitate to contact me for custom work, but please keep my aesthetic in mind.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, i ship anywhere!
What postal service do you use?
I strictly use Royal Mail Tracked service for Domestic and International orders.
Please allow up to 3 working days for your item(s) to be dispatched. For delivery estimate, please refer to Royal Mail website.
Do you accept returns?
No, i am a small, one woman business, and will not accept returns due to misread description, misread sizing or if You changed Your mind.
I will only accept a return within 14 days from delivery date, ONLY if the item arrived faulty, however if the item has been deliberately damaged or altered by the customer i will not accept a return.
Customs taxes and fees:
All customers are responsible for paying customs and import tax. I do not charge tax when you checkout.
